Why we do what we do;

Westside Concrete Accessories was founded in 1988 on the simple idea of making it easy for a concrete contractor to get everything they needed, delivered to the job site, promptly. A simple idea that came from our owner, Marty Russell, and his years as a concrete contractor and his frustration with having to drive all over Portland Metro area to pick up the supplies he needed to complete the job. You see we have always believed that your time is valuable and your employee’s time is valuable. You make money when you pour concrete. That is where our original slogan "Whatever it Takes" came from. We believe that you can buy what we sell in any number of places. What we provide is excellent customer service. That may mean getting you a bag of bolts when the concrete is already in the forms and you did not know you were out of bolts. It may mean helping you find a solution to a unique forming situation or a new product to help your business grow.

This gives us some insight into the problems faced by anyone doing concrete work. Whether you are a DIY home owner attempting to build an ICF home, or stamp a patio, or a contractor with 30 years experience. We keep up with the industry and provide the highest level of customer service and expertise. We are constantly training our employees so they can help you better. We also offer training to you to help you keep up with changes in the industry.
	What we have to offer; Over the years, we have grown from one store in Hillsboro Oregon to six stores covering and area from Redmond Oregon to Pacific Washington. Through all the years and all the growth, our philosophy has remained the same "Whatever it Takes". We have changed that slogan though. We now say that we are "Growing Through Customer Service". Customer service is all we have that you cannot get at any old big box store. We know about your industry, we know about the products we sell and we know how important your time is.
